Luton Airport The new NATS proposals for flight plans in the area are favourable to the village, with a much lower noise signature. Highways The flooding at Jacks Dell (Delmerend lane), will be attended to in mid April. A5 Junction: the petition in respect of the A5 Junction has been presented to our MP, Mike Penning. Neighbourhood Watch No response had been received to the request for a Co-ordinator. This post needs to be filled as soon a possible. IT In spite of a failure, the website has been re-established. The free websites are still being reviewed. Village Hall Car park drainage: a quotation is being sought. Care of the Elderly Responses to the questionnaire (to ascertain their specific needs) have been received, and co-ordination with the PCT is in hand. Street lighting 2 failed lights have been reported to our contractor for replacement. Warden Peter is now 'back on the strength'; we shall adjust his task schedule to prevent his keenness generating further problems.
